It's a Café, and donut shop.
Here is S. California, you see DONUT shops everywhere. I was a little taken aback when I thought everybody is buying donuts for breakfast, but now I've come to understand, that DONUTS also means COFFEE house. It's a weird American version of a Cafe, without the little outside tables and chairs. Many places also sell sandwiches. Even ice cream.
So my version would be called a Café.
I guess you COULD have donuts too. Everybody seems to like them.

Crazy large video experience.
Video Walls. And a visual art gallery. And coffee and pastries. The creative part would be to make many themes ... virtual Aquarium, virtual Zoo, Halloween theme, Christmas theme.
