Mich's Timeline California 2020 Page 1 California 2020 We moved to California in Sept. 2019. We had to do a lot to the house: painted all the ceilings bright white, and most walls medium grey, the kitchen white cabinets. Bought a new Fridge (it was missing !). The roof leaked, so next was a new roof (which included new skylights). New carpet in the outside patio. Lucky, the floors were all NEW dark wood fake laminate, but very nice. I was self employed, so I drove Uber and Lyft for the first year. We got yearly passes to Disneyland - its only like a 15 minute drive. In SoCal, there's lots of free Park Concerts. We've seen tribute bands to : KISS, Queen, Journey, Fleetwood Mac, and a few Beatles bands. Copyright - ©2024, Michael Shire

Mich's Timeline California 2021 + Page 2 I got a new job in late 2020, driving a "Non-Emergency Medical Transport" for seniors going to medical appointments. I remember driving for work when almost everyone stayed at home. The streets had practically no traffic on them. For my job, they required me to get the vaccines for the first year. After that, I refused by signing a waiver sheet. We went to Santa Monica for the beach and the pier. The L.A. Zoo had a new display idea ... the Zoo Lights. Nice.
