My Movie Screenplays 2007-2008

I had quite a few story ideas for many years, so when I finally had some free time in 2007, I decided I'd read all about writing screenplays for movies. I researched the internet for articles, I paid for a course, I bought a book. As an experiment, after i had my first completed draft done of "DOOM: To Hell and Back" , I sent (and paid) it to be critiqued by a screenplay teacher who gave me a 3 page summary of how to improve it.

I know i'm biased of course, but this story would have been waaaay more in the spirit of the video game that the movie that came out in 2005 with "the Rock."

The "DOOM" I wrote though would be too big of a budget for a fledgling screenwiters first work, so I made stories with only a characters.
I really enjoyed writing out backstories, creating characters, outlining the plot, and envisioning the story as it developed. After DOOM, I wrote the horror "Asylum", and then "Shadowman". "Dungeoneers" was an AD&D movie that I thought really got the fun and adventure of the boardgame I played many years earlier. "Merlin" is a story of the young wizard, and "Grim" is a viking tale.

After i finished them, I put them for 10 years on a hollywood scripts page for possible producers/directors to read, and never got any bites. So I never made money on these and only a few people even read my stories all the way through.
If you want to read my scripts search google.
