★ Land of OZ train ride
After researching this a bit I found a Land of Oz in Kentucky and they have live actors.

Everyone knows this brand - it's a big IP (Intellectual Property). I'm not sure how feasible this would be because you would have to buy the rights to The Wizard of Oz from MGM. But ...I would really want to do the MGM version as that is what everybody would love to see.
So now this theme park idea is a little bigger and it has a traditional miniature train ride. You make a lot of characters and a lot of cool locations. The main ones I can think of are ...
Munchinville, forest w talking trees, evil castle w flying monkeys, Emerald city.
I think people would really enjoy characters from the other Oz books like ... Pumpkinhead, chinacup girl, etc.
