Cheapest to most expensive.
I have thought of a variety of small to large theme parks over the last 40 years. Some could have mini golf, or a riding train, or giant mazes. Here are some of my ideas from the cheapest to the most expensive
Squirrel Park
Fairy Land
Land of OZ train ride.
King Arthurs Maze.
Light up the night Zoo.
Dinosaurs come Alive ride.

★ Squirrel Park
This simple park can be small. It would be a safe haven for the squirrels ... of course dogs would be banned. It would have nice walking paths, little trickling creeks, a couple of fountains, a gazebo. A few long rows of roses, and hedges. A good example of a nice Garden Center park. Here it would be okay to feed them non-salted peanuts. Birds would be okay, maybe an aviary, but no large body of water so you would have no ducks or geese. The problem with waterfowl is they poop everywhere. It would be nice to have a clean Park.
